I totally made some of these same slippers recently for my son, 8 months. I love how they came out and I think they will be perfect this winter. http://www.ingridbarlow.com/elias-little-shoes/
Thanks for the podcast. I love to see what other knitters are up to.

I heard about the videocast on the Knitgirllls, and just wanted to say I really enjoyed looking, and I have subscribed to your rss feed to get notice when there is a new episode up :)
I also mentioned your videocast on my podcast Ullstund, a norwegian knitting and spinning podcast (Episode 8 that will be up as soon as it has been edited).

You make me want to skip work and knit. LOVE the slipper kit, the toy in progress and of course Susan's adorable animals. Thanks for a cute, fun podcast.

Love the podcast. I am also knitting and Iris on Lorna's Laces Green Line Worsted. So soft and yummy. I, too, have a set of those plastic circular needles. I think mine are size 9. As much as they are difficult to knit on, I just can't see buying a set of needles when you already have one. I inherited mine from my grandmother. Not the fastest to knit on. Great show, can't wait for the next one.
